Can I switch plans later?
- Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher plan, the changes take effect immediately. We'll prorate your billing and only charge you the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- Downgrading: You can downgrade your plan at any time, and the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Team to Individual: If you need to switch from a team plan to an individual one, you can do so from your billing settings. Note that team-specific features will no longer be available.
- Free to Paid: Upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan gives you immediate access to premium features.
Your project data and generated contents will remain intact during plan changes. Visit the Billing section in your account settings to manage your subscription.

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
- Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be canceled at any time.
- When you cancel a monthly subscription, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of the month when you cancel a monthly plan.
- For annual plans canceled within the first 14 days, we offer a full refund without providing any reason. Provided that the credits allocated to your payment have not been consumed.
- For cancellations after 14 days but before the full year, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused months, less a 20% early termination fee.
- Contact our billing team with your specific situation for consideration.
- If you're canceling due to technical issues or service unavailability, please contact our support team before canceling.
- Educational and non-profit subscriptions follow the same refund policies.
- Enterprise plans have custom terms specified in your contract.
To cancel your subscription, go to Account Settings → Billing, and follow the cancellation instructions.
